Terms of Service

Enclosed lets you build a digital greeting card with your photos, an optional AI-generated scene, a written message and an optional gift, and share it as a link. Recipients open the link in a browser. No account is required.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a card. By using the site you confirm that you are.

Building a card is free. Sending it, meaning getting a link that opens for the recipient, costs the price shown at checkout. Extra AI scenes beyond the included ones are paid before they are made. Gift amounts are charged at face value. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

AI scenes are generated by a third-party image model from the reference photos and description you provide. Results vary and can be imperfect: faces, hands, clothing and backgrounds may not come out the way you expect. Each generation, including remakes and adjustments, counts toward your card's allowance, and generations are not refundable because the cost is incurred the moment the image is made.

By uploading reference photos you confirm that you have permission from everyone shown to use their likeness in a card for them, and that no one shown is a minor unless you are their parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for how you use the generated images.

You may not use AI scenes to depict anyone in a sexual, violent, defamatory or deceptive way, to impersonate someone, or to create anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us a license to store, resize, process and display that content only as needed to make your card, host it at its link, and generate the scenes and captions you request. That license ends when the card is deleted.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we are legally required to remove, without refund.

A card can enclose a gift. If you paste your own gift card code or payment link (“bring your own”), you are solely responsible for its validity and for anything the recipient does with it; we simply display it after the last photo.

Where we sell gift cards or prepaid cards through a gift provider, the provider's terms apply to the gift itself. Gift amounts are charged at face value and are not refundable once the card is sent.

A card is viewable by anyone who has its link. Links are long and random, but they are not passwords. Share them with care. We may take a card down if it violates these terms.

Cards stay online so the recipient can revisit them. We may remove cards that have not been opened for a long time; we will give reasonable notice on the site before changing retention.

• Don't use the site to harass, threaten, defame or deceive anyone.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the rights to.
• Don't try to bypass payment, generation limits, or abuse controls, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Don't scrape, resell or copy the service.

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up and to make cards look great, but we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the card in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the value of gifts once delivered to a recipient.

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
